Today husband and I hiked through the Scottish Highlands to Edradour Distillery, the smallest whiskey distillery in Scotland. The hike was recommended and quite the experience. We went through a few pastures, waved at a nice gent mowing his lawn, had grass up to our waists on more than one occasion and accidentally trespassed on the estate adjoining the distillery. On top of everything else, I know more about Scotch whiskey now than I did yesterday.
